It seems to work differently here in the UK, as I have tried this with a couple of used iPads that I picked up at a local auction, and it was just completely impossible! They wanted so many details about where the thing was purchased from, exact address of where it was purchased from, proof of purchase, and a load of other baloney, that it was just completely impossible.
Also, what if it doesn’t come with its actual box? What are you supposed to do then?
Finally, how is a print disabled person, such as a totally blind person for example, supposed to read those print characters from the box or device?
But when I put the email address in there it says its locked or disabled
My niece dropped her IPhone 16 ProMax but didn’t remember her password and the number she used to use with her Apple ID was taken by another customer who doesn’t want to help her with the code sent to them, just to give her access to change or recovery her ICloud account. Now she receives an email saying that the FINDMY is disabled with someone else email attached as a recovery email which means that they probably got access to change her ICloud password without her knowledge. Is there any hope for her to recover her phone?
